Prof. Dr. Yasemin Balcı is a Professor of Forensic Medicine at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, specializing in forensic medicine, medical law, and occupational health and safety. Her research focuses on causes of death, medico-legal aspects of cases, and health system safety. She actively engages in interdisciplinary collaborations on migration, disaster response, and identification processes where forensic expertise and health data are essential.
